Neighbors Helping Neighbors
For more than 122 years, Lancaster Regional Medical Center has been a health care organization dedicated to Lancaster County. Why should you choose LRMC over another hospital? It's simple - personalized service.
As a full service medical facility with community hospital values, LRMC recognizes that health is the combination of body, mind and spirit, and holds sacred the lives entrusted to our care. At LRMC, you are a person first and a patient second. And you are never, ever just a number. That's the LRMC difference.
Take a Closer Look. Make a Better Choice…
We offer the highest quality of care in a warm and friendly atmosphere, expanding our medical technologies and services while contributing to our community's well being through outreach and education. And we remain steadfast in our dedication to offer a choice in health needs. Over the last five years, improvements to our facilities and advances in state-of-the-art technologies have helped us grow to meet those needs. However, our focus has never wavered - we still provide the most advanced quality health services in a safe and compassionate environment.
Today, our highly skilled team - your friends and neighbors - is made up of more than 680 employees, 500 physicians and 500 volunteers. Our team's main focus is on our patients. We're dedicated to providing the best in patient safety using the highest level of expertise to earn the trust of Lancaster County residents.
We remain at the forefront of today's medical breakthroughs. In the past several years, LRMC has invested over $25 million in facility improvements and advanced medical technology. Here are a few highlights:
