Who We Are...
Francis Ruggiero, M.D.
Dr. Ruggiero is a fellowship-trained and board-certified otolaryngologist defining excellence in otolaryngology– the treatment of the ear, nose and throat. His expertise includes the evaluation, treatment and surgery of general ear, nose and throat problems. He also has advanced training and a special interest in more complex problems, including the surgical removal of cancer of the head and neck.
Carrie Ruggiero, MS, CCC-SLP
Carrie Ruggiero is a speech language pathologist with more than 14 years of expertise in voice and swallowing disorders in children and adults. She has worked closely with ear, nose and throat physicians to provide comprehensive care of patients with head and neck cancer, dysphagia and voice disorders.
Emily Weller, CRNP
Emily Weller is a specialized Family Nurse Practitioner who works closely with Dr. Ruggiero to care for our ENT patients. She worked as a Registered Nurse while obtaining her degree as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, with the majority of her experience in the adult care setting.
