Bob Moore, FACHE
Market Chief Executive Officer
Lancaster Regional Medical Center and Heart of Lancaster Regional Medical Center
Bob has more than 30 years’ experience leading hospitals in Illinois, Missouri and Pennsylvania. He received an undergraduate degree from Illinois and a has an MBA and MHA from Northcentral University and the University of St. Francis, respectively. Bob is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Married and a father of six, Bob was born in Quincy, Illinois. When not working as the hospital CEO, he enjoys baseball, hockey, NASCAR and home improvements. Actively involved in the community, Bob is a member of the Sunshine Rotary Club, a member of the Long Home Community Board of Directors, Board Chair of the local American Heart Association, a United Way supporter and participates in many other community and charitable activities.

Deborah Willwerth, MSN, RN
Chief Operating Officer
Deborah career includes 30 years in healthcare, beginning as a critical care RN and progressing to Chief Nursing Officer at the former Community Hospital of Lancaster 2002-2004 and Heart of Lancaster from 2004 -2008. In April 2008 Deborah made the move to the operational side of healthcare as the Chief Operating Officer at Lancaster Regional and oversees Diagnostic Imaging, Dietary, Environmental Services, Facility Operations, Lab and Pathology, Pharmacy, Quality/Risk, psychiatry and Security along with Volunteer Services and Spiritual Services.
Deborah received her BSN degree from Millersville and her MSN from Widener University. She serves on the Board for PALCO (Patient Access of Lancaster County) and is a member of the service committee for the SouthEast Lancaster Health Services - a Federally qualified health center in downtown Lancaster.
Deborah and her husband are the proud parents of 5 children and 16 grandchildren. When not working, Deborah enjoys time at the Chesapeake Bay, cooking or enjoying time with her grandchildren and extended family.

Wesley Knight
Chief Financial Officer
Wes, originally from Hartsville, South Carolina, started his health care career in 2007 at a sister facility before being named CFO of Heart of Lancaster Regional Medical Center. He became the CFO of Lancaster Regional in 2012.
Wes is married with three sons. In his spare time, Wes enjoying spending time with his family, fishing and college football.

Tami Johnson, MSN, MBA, RN, NE-BC
Chief Nursing Executive
Tami has been a nurse for more than 13 years in many different specialties including cardiology, vascular, neurosurgery and plastics. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree from Cedar Crest College and her MBA and MSN from DeSales University. She is also board certified as a Nurse Executive from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has been the Chief Nursing Officer at LRMC since 2007 and oversees all nursing services, emergency services, surgical services, cardiology, rehabilitation and respiratory services. Tami is a board member of LEMSA EMS and American Heart Association (AHA). She chaired the Heart Walk with AHA in 2011.
Married and a mother of two and also stepmother to two, Tami has always lived in Pennsylvania. She was born in the Allentown area and then relocated to the Lancaster area in 2006. When not working, she enjoys Phillies baseball, watching her kids’ soccer games, reading and exercising.

Anthony Mastropietro, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Mastropietro truly enjoys his position as the Chief Medical Officer at LRMC and is regarded as a leader in medicine in Lancaster County. He has nearly 40 years of practice in family medicine in the County and is also a former owner of Mastropietro & Associates on Noll Drive. Chances are, you, a member of your family or a friend have been treated by Dr. Mastropietro over the years!
A native of Thornwood, New York in Westchester County, Dr. Mastropietro attended Villanova University for his undergraduate degree, Georgetown University for his Medical Degree, served in the US Navy, and completed his residency right here in Lancaster County. He has also served on countless local medical boards and committees throughout the County during his long career in medicine.
Married and a father, in his spare time, Dr. Mastropietro loves to read history, study politics and religion, cook and eat Italian food, enjoy wine and is also a big fan of the NY Yankees and NY Giants. (He jokes that all of those, with the exception of his love of history, will surely get him into trouble!) He also states that he used to be athletic, but having had many parts replaced, he’s now more sports spectator than participant.
